ScopeThe ideal candidate has strong reference management experience in a SaaS environment, a business-oriented approach to reporting on results related to the program effectiveness and impact, and a collaborative attitude with the sales organization, customer success organization, marketing colleagues and other departments inside and outside the company.The individual must be strong both on the strategic level and on the tactical/execution level. The candidate should have a successful track record of partnering with multiple disciplines to drive visibility, engagement and demand in accounts including sales, business development, industry strategy, product management, solutions marketing, digital/creative teams, content, corporate communications, and partner marketing.In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Customer Marketing and collaborate with all facets of the Blue Yonder business and our customers.What you’ll do:Identify, nurture and onboard new and satisfied customers willing to serve as references for sales, marketing and AR/PR initiativesTrack the performance and impact of customer references on lead generation, conversion rates and overall sales activitiesCollaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to track reference activityEnsure the accuracy and authenticity of customer references, obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for content usageMaintain a comprehensive database of customer references, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer advocates, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagementPartner with the marketing team to leverage customer references in marketing campaigns, content creation, and public relations effortsChampion and curate review activity on peer review sites like Gartner Peer InsightsSupport the sales team by providing relevant customer references and testimonials during the sales processWork with sales and customer success managers to identify reference gaps in key personas and contact information within the key target accountsEnsure a positive customer experience through day-to-day activities, and work as an advocate for our customers.What we’re looking for:5-7+ years of demonstrated experience in a program management role for a SaaS company's customer reference/advocacy programBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience in reference management, customer advocacy, and/or related rolesSuccessful track record of developing and executing Customer Reference programs, inclusive of executive level, and customer facing marketing programsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to management multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively across teams with little guidancePassion for customer satisfaction and advocacyTeam player who enjoys working in a collaborative/ fast-paced environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersManage customer reference metrics/goals/benchmarks and track/report progress against themExperience with reference management database tools such as ReferenceEdge, Influitive and/or RO InnovationExperience with Salesforce.com, preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and ExcelAbility to Travel (10%) #LI-REMOTE#LIMH1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000 to $110,000The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
