Job Title: Associate Success CoordinatorOverview: The Associate Success Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR duties in supporting the Associates Success team. You will facilitate a variety of HR functions like answering manager and associate questions, supporting special projects, provide reporting, processing employee data among other administrative support. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Human Resources as well as have general administrative skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of the goals and results of the Associate Success department.Job description:Day in the Life:Works and supports the AS Leadership and BYonder Care team on facilitating HR initiatives and projects, as requiredAnswer associate questions and resolve issues regarding company policies, procedures and other HR processesProcesses unemployment claims and verifications of employmentConducts exit interviews and processes terminationsConducts or assists with onboarding of associatesPoint of contact for payroll and accounting on associate reimbursement, expense or payroll related issues Provides guidance to managers and associates on the use of HR systemsProcesses actions within the HR system to support promotions, transfers and other associate related data.Assists with various auditing and reporting requests and requirementsResponsible for the proper maintenance of associate filesAssists in Associate Relations matters by supporting investigations and discovery sessionsAssists in implementation of policies and procedures; maintains HR processes and updatesWorks closely with AS team on initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, increase engagement and retentionPerforms administrative and other related duties as required and assignedSkills and Abilities Requirements:1+ years of proven work experience within Human Resources, preferably as a HR Intern or Coordinator2+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant or coordinatorBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business field preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work with both internal and external customersUnderstanding of all HR functions, processes and best practicesProject, time and change management skillsStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); use of DocuSignExperience with HR databases and HRIS systems (i.e., Workday)Ability to handle data with confidentiality-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: USD $53,140 – $64,860. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
