Scope:Demonstrates expertise in applicable technologies products and tools Demonstrates the ability to apply domain concepts into the solution and product areaDemonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture Picks up new technologies with ease solves complex technical problems and multi tasks between different projects Makes tactical decisions on Architectural and Design issues Demonstrates ability to interpret complex problems appropriately and provides solutions using sound judgement Ensures that the non-functional requirements like security requirements and performance objectives defined are metEnsures the solution built satisfies business and technical requirementsManages technical issues, coding, and configuration to ensure delivery of module and projectCollaborates across teams around technical and architectural issuesEnsures that the code is delivered for Integration Build and Test which includes the release contentTests and integrates with other development tasksTechnical Environment:Software: RPG, ILE RPG , CL, DDS, Screen Design, DB2/400 database, SQLWhat you’ll do:Design, Code and Test systems solutions based on requirement specificationsReview and interpret business requirements documentMaintain system documentation (both within the code and within technical design documents) to enable ease of analysis for future developmentParticipates in the planning, design, development, and implementation of information solutions to address business opportunitiesDevelop, maintain and troubleshoot programs written in RPG/400 , RPGLE , SQLRPGLE environmentProvide guidance and support for the AS400 environmentAnalyze System issues and design, code and test system solutions which will resolve the issueAnalyze requirements and determine how it will affect new or existing systems Create a positive and professional business relationshipWhat we are looking for:BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech or MCA with 8-10 years of experience in Software Development of large and complex enterprise applicationsShould have experience in software development of AS400 environmentDB2/RPG/RPGLE/SQLRPGLEStrong advanced DB2 programming with experience in using complex SQL queriesExperience with Node Js and API's is an added advantageUnderstand and follow coding standards and proceduresShould have worked in an Agile development environmentShould work with the development team to provide inputs to fix issues and possible solutions to problemsShould have experience in writing business requirement documentationShould have experience either with JIRA or any other defect tracking tools (bug life cycle)Preferably have an understanding of Retail / Supply Chain domainsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
