WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Our Project Management team propels our IT team and company towards success and transformative growth. We need your help to pioneer new standards of efficiency and collaboration globally and ensure our projects not only meet, but exceed their ambitious goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Managing individual projects focused in the EMEA region, including scope, schedule and resources
Facilitate the project intake and capacity planning across Ops
Facilitate PMO driven meetings
Maintain and lead monthly review meeting of the Ops Plan of Record (POR)
Maintain agile metrics on work, backlogs, and execution and reporting out monthly/annually
Maintain process adherence across IT Ops to PMO’s standards
Maintain project documentation and standards
Custodian to IT Ops project repositories
Assist with routine project and RTB ingestion and prioritization, as well as execution planning
Shifted hours occasionally needed for collaboration with the Global IT, Security and Engineering Teams
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of working experience managing IT systems and infrastructure projects through full lifecycles
Strong competence in multiple project management and software development methodologies
Ability to independently work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective meeting facilitation skills and abilities to drive team participation and group decisions
B.S. in Computer Science, Business or related field
Preferred Skills
Strong competence with IT client platform, infrastructure, and automation technologies
Project-related certification: PMP, Agile, or similar
Working experience in a customer focused role such as a systems analysis, business technical analyst, or engagement manager
Business Process / Quality Improvement experience (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
Percentage of Time Spent:
60% manage ongoing projects and oversee daily business operations
40% working on project
