    About the role: As Sigma Computing continues to lead the evolution of Business Intelligence and Data Apps, we are seeking a player/coach Head of Demo Engineering to showcase the transformative power of our technology. This role is crucial as you will not only manage a dynamic team of demo engineers but also spearhead the technical demonstration of upcoming innovative product enhancements. You will collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure our demonstrations resonate with both current expectations and future market shifts. With Sigma’s recognition as Snowflake’s 2023 Business Intelligence Partner of the Year, your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our industry standing. What you will be doing: Develop and maintain polished workbooks, dashboards, data apps, and enterprise solutions in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring a consistent, high-quality demonstration of Sigma's capabilities. Lead and expand a team of demo engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in demonstration strategy and execution. Develop, maintain, and innovate comprehensive demo scenarios that highlight Sigma’s advanced capabilities across varied industry verticals. Oversee the strategic deployment of demo resources at webinars, hackathons, sales opportunities, and industry events, ensuring Sigma’s technology is showcased at its best. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key technology providers like Snowflake and Databricks, leveraging the latest advancements to enhance our demo environments. Manage all technical aspects of Sigma’s demo environments, including stability, configuration, and alignment with cutting-edge data solutions. Act as a technical leader during the sales cycle, aligning Sigma’s capabilities with potential clients’ needs to facilitate tailored, impactful demonstrations. Qualifications we are looking for: Proven leadership in managing technical teams, with at least 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Deep understanding of analytics, cloud databases, BI platforms, and data integration Strong data proficiency Previous consulting experience or enterprise sales experience Excellent communication skills Additional Job details The base salary range for this position is 135,000 - 155,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is part of the Total Package to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing.
