The Opportunity
As we expand our marketing team to maximize the opportunity in front of us, we are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You will be responsible for learning and continuously documenting everything there is to know about our market, buyers, and products. You will position products, create differentiation in the market, and translate product features into benefits that resonate with buyers. You’ll also enable the sales team with training and materials, and the product management team with market perspective to inform the roadmap.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an enterprising product marketer to be a force multiplier for Simpplr's enterprise sales efforts. You will be the sales team's go-to resource, equipping them with the insights and tools to more effectively market and sell our solutions to our most strategic accounts.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing :
Develop deep expertise on Simpplr's solutions, target enterprise buyer personas, their key needs/challenges, and the competitive landscape
Conduct research and gather insights on our largest prospects and opportunities to understand their specific requirements
Craft customized messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning, and other sales enablement content for strategic enterprise deals
Work closely with sales teams supporting large enterprise opportunities to equip them with the right content and messaging
Develop presentations, case studies, ROI calculators and other sales tools for the enterprise market
Serve as the product expert for strategic enterprise sales cycles and RFP responses
Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other teams to ensure sales enablement efforts are aligned with product roadmaps and overall go-to-market strategies
Measure and analyze performance of sales enablement content/programs and optimize based on results
Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement or related role, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and sales enablement best practices
Ability to work closely with sales teams and quickly develop rapport
Experience developing a variety of sales enablement assets like presentations, case studies, ROI tools etc.
Skilled at understanding customer needs and developing tailored value propositions
Expertise in competitive positioning and messaging for complex solution selling
Ability to gather insights from multiple sources and transform into actionable sales tools
Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
