We are excited for our next phase of growth and have an opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Talent Coordinator.   This role will be a part of the Talent Acquisition team and will partner directly with Talent Partners, hiring managers, and candidates throughout various stages of the recruitment process.  The individual will be responsible for scheduling interviews, project management, and driving process excellence, to ensure a positive candidate experience.  They will be a part of an experienced, collaborative, and fun team that is passionate about PagerDuty’s success.  How You Impact Our Vision Customer Orientation: coordinating with multiple stakeholders to manage the scheduling of interviews, background checks, and offer creation across various functions or geographies.  Quickly and effectively solving problems; presenting a cheerful, positive manner with hiring teams and candidates throughout the process.   Project Management: successfully and independently leading cross functional TA projects towards completion   Thoroughness: ensuring data integrity of applicant tracking system, interview documentation, email correspondence, and offer letters. Providing recommendations for process improvements or efficiencies as we continue to scale.   Prioritization: demonstrating outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; multitasking and managing priorities within restricted timeframes Communication: effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with stakeholders of all levels; tailoring communications based on audience Adaptability: maintaining a sense of calm when under pressure and/or experiencing rapidly changing or uncertain conditions;  About You 3+ years of administrative, customer service,  or scheduling experience Project Management experience  Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to drive a project or task to completion Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills Proven attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency, along with the ability to problem-solve when appropriate Ability to handle ambiguity with ease Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or Greenhouse PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. The base salary range for this position is 52,000 - 73,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.  Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
