What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies using HubSpot. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer acquisition and retention schemes, ensuring efficient lead management, and improving our overall marketing effectiveness.
Help develop and drive execution of marketing automation strategies across email, social media, and digital channels to drive campaign objectives and conversions
Manage and optimize HubSpot’s marketing automation setup, including workflows, email sequences, lead scoring models, customer segmentation and integration with upstream and downstream systems (Salesforce, especially)
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with broader campaign goals and KPIs
Monitor, help analyze, and influence reporting on campaign performance and marketing automation metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Conduct Test & Learn experiments on campaigns to continuously improve outcomes
Stay updated with HubSpot features and best practices, ensuring our marketing automation tools and tactics remain cutting-edge
Take a share of Marketing operations as we continue scaling our team
You
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong preference for specific experience using HubSpot
Are proficient in analytics and marketing metrics
Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of working cross-functionally
Are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
HubSpot Certification is highly preferred
Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
Advanced HubSpot and or Salesforce certifications
Experience with SQL or other reporting tools
Background in SaaS or technology-driven company
Experience with attribution modeling
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
