What you'll work on: Provide guidance on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities for both consumer and workforce systems Collaborate with other technical team members to provide guidance on IAM related matters and provide feedback to solution design and system support Lead and provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, support the change management process for development, QA, and production environments Respond to Level 2 tickets including bugs, outages, and new feature request Ensure Circle’s solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures Provide reports and assist in responding to requests from compliance Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk to Circle You will aspire to our four core values: Multistakeholder - you have dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees and families and local communities. What you'll bring to Circle: 7+ years of implementing identity and access systems in various coding languages. Enthusiasm for scalable, reproducible security management.  Self-motivated and creative problem-solver able to work independently with minimal guidance. Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams during high-stress situations. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and use good judgment to establish order of priorities on the fly. Understanding of IAM protocols and concepts such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM. Experience with IAM technologies from Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, Savant or Microsoft. Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework is desirable. Experience working in financial services or financial technology desired. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience also accepted. Experience working in an AWS environment required. Software development skills in languages such as Python, Golang, or similar. Additional Information: This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates. Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations. Base Pay Range: $147,500 - $195,000 Annual Bonus Target: 12.5% Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy.
