As the Ownership Operations Team, we guide, motivate, and inspire our retail teams to do their lives’ best work, delivering unparalleled experiences to all who enter our stores. We collaborate with partners across Apple to develop Retail programs, enabling teams and customers to receive an extraordinary experience. The Program Managers within our Campaigns and Readiness team manages Retail programs including new product introductions (NPI), campaigns and promotions, and special projects. We are seeking an outstanding program manager to join our passionate team. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a pan-Geo capacity. Outstanding influencer who is great at connecting the dots and able to lead and influence global, cross functional teams. Able to mobilise, inspire, and lead teams without direct authority and manage conflicting partner interests effectively. Strong business acumen and ability to comfortably dive into any area of the business, develop a deep understanding, and shape execution plans. Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing ambiguity through strong priority setting skills and transparency. Demonstrated ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement solutions through strong analytical and problem solving skills to make a difference. An excellent, positive partner with agility to step up when needed and help the team deliver against challenging deadlines, maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization (from specialists to senior leaders). Flexibility to work across multiple time zones. Description Description The Campaigns and Readiness Program Manager works independently and as part of a larger, cross-functional worldwide team. You possess exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills and are able to effectively interact and influence all levels. We are looking for an influencer and organiser who thrives in an environment of complexity and can seamlessly connect strategy to execution. You'll use an understanding of Apple Store Retail Operations strategy and engage in conceptualisation and planning of initiatives to shape their execution. - Drive planning and execution of large, complex, and strategically significant cross-functional initiatives including but not limited to NPI and key seasonal campaigns. - Mobilise and lead a large global cross-functional team through all project phases including execution, go live and retrospective. - Responsible for the plan of record and ensure all work streams are well defined, planned, and resourced to deliver per the overall launch timeline. - Skilled to support and empower the team to identify timelines, achieve milestones, handle dependencies and mitigate risks, track results and remove blockers. - Implement standard methodologies (e.g. for planning, program, and project management) and help drive adoption of them throughout the organisation. - Develop strong collaborative relationships as a trusted advisor for key partner teams (e.g. merchandising, operations, product management, engineering, marketing, communication, training, and Retail leadership team) to ensure successful execution. - Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn. Education & Experience Education & Experience BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred Previous Retail Store Operations, Regional or National Retail Management or Field Leadership experience preferred.
