Product Manager

We are looking for an Product Manager to join our team in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on incoPat. The team consists of 8 people and is reporting to the VP, Product Management. This team is responsible for designs, develops and leads product management strategies and directs marketing programs for a significant product or product category. Tracks customer segments to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions, then plans, leads and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, owning the product and its development. Collaborates closely with the product development team to ensure product content is delivered successfully.   About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   1、大学本科及以上与工作相关学历； 2、3年及以上数据产品或SAAS产品设计经验，有电子商务或互联网经验者优先；有知识产权行业产品设计经验者优先；  3、具备较强的文档撰写能力，熟练使用Axure，Figma等产品设计相关软件； 4、良好的结构化思维和抽象思维，具有较强的数据分析能力，可基于复杂的业务场景进行产品抽象和设计；   It would be great if you also had . . .   出色的产品意识，对用户体验追求极致； 有创新意识，自驱力强，结果导向； 强烈的责任心和出色的组织、沟通、协调能力，可以推动多方资源完成目标。 What will you be doing in this role?  1、对国内外专利信息相关产品及行业发展进行及时的关注和研究，把握产品发展趋势；有企业产品设计相关的经历，包括功能流程、页面、交互、用户体验等，编写需求文档。 2、根据用户反馈和数据分析驱动产品的迭代升级，并提炼产品价值点和特色功能，辅助产品的市场推广。 3、参与产品开发计划的制定，监控产品开发进度和质量，并参与测试，验证功能实现与需求的一致性。 4、有敏捷开发项目相关实践经验，可以快速产出产品原型并进行市场验证，可以结合用研结果快速更新和优化产品设计。    About the Team     本团队负责incoPat产品设计开发工作，产品包括incoPat\API接口\裸数据。团队规模8人，对内与技术，数据等团队紧密配合，跟开发更多更好的产品，提高客户满意度。   Hours of Work   工作时长8小时，不排除加班。 At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
