The team is responsible for conceptualising and developing eBay’s retail standards innovations in Germany. We work with the business units to identify market needs, and with Product teams to develop solutions and dynamically execute our go-to market strategy to test, learn, and iterate. During your internship, you can expect exciting tasks in various projects. What you will accomplish:Support the project manager and the management team in the implementation of projectsIndependent implementation of smaller projects and sub-projectsConduct user experience teardowns Collect and analyze data resulting to actionable insights that would feed into business cases and projectsCreate dashboards to keep team updated with key figuresSupport in creating presentations  What you will bring:Very good academic achievements, preferably in the fields of business, economics, management, product/tech development, computer science, or other related field.Analytical skills, a high level of commitment and very good communication skills.Proficient in SQL and dashboard creationVery good MS Office skills (esp.
