Job Requisition ID #24WD78229Position OverviewAs Portfolio Producer – reporting to Brand & Creative's Director of Design Studio – you'll help activate the Autodesk brand globally. You'll work with a team of designers, strategists, marketers, product teams, industry leaders, and external agency partners to produce design programs that define and articulate Autodesk's brand ethos.We're looking for a Portfolio Producer with account/program managerial skills to manage work streams across all three of our Portfolios (creative programs, systems and pipelines, and experiential).You will work Hybrid or Remote.Responsibilities Partner across teams to develop and deliver high-profile brand programsProduce and manage new programs and experiencesManage daily work streams with a cross-functional teamFoster account and vendor relationshipsImprove existing design and operational processes to improve workflowsIdentify opportunities to growChampion documentation of processesBuild and track design phases, tasks, and sub-tasks... to ensure quality, consistency, and deliveryProvide essential administrative support for meetings and reviewsYou shine when coming up with a plan and seeing it through fruitionYou naturally connect dots, uncovering new possibilitiesYou know how to push without being pushyYou recognize the need to create space for new ideasYou succeed in challenging environments with a broad spectrum of partnersYou enjoy working with an accomplished group of people to challenge you to reach your next levelMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in creative program and production management for high-profile global brandsAuthor and edit creative briefs and decksExperience collecting concise feedbackCan facilitate team meetings, with the ability to read the room and manage outcomesNegotiation skills with external partnersDiverse showcase of creative campaign workExperience with integrated campaignsExperience integrating new technologies into traditional media and storytellingOrganized and detail-orientedSupport and achieve team goalsTake calculated risksSimplify problems into simple tasksLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
