As a member of the Treasury team, the Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing support in these areas and assisting the team on various projects in support of our goals.We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.*This person must be able to commute to our San Diego HQ at least once per week. Responsibilities:Responsible for open, close, and manage bank accounts including KYC process.Manage the bank account administration including updating signature mandates, performing quarterly signature audits with banks, managing account services, maintaining an accurate database of the Company’s bank accounts and authorized signers.Act as a liaison between banks and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll to investigate and resolve day-to-day bank related inquiries.Serve as primary point of contact and process manual wire transfer requests, intercompany fund transfers, direct ACH debit transactions, and manage wire templates.Responsible for daily cash position and investment of excess cash.Perform analysis and implementing cost savings/efficiencies related to bank account management.Support cash flow forecasting and modeling activities including Other Income Expense.Responsible for annual audit and regulatory compliance (e.g., FBAR, KYC, Dodd-Frank, SOX, etc.).Support the maintenance of treasury reporting systems and user entitlements.Help implement best practices and drive process improvements.Provide support to Treasury management with various corporate finance analyses and ad hoc projects.Provide support as needed for cash flow and balance sheet FX hedging programs in the preparation of hedge analysis and recommendation, trade initiation and settlements, and analyses on performance of hedge programs.Provide support as needed for certificate of insurance requests.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience in Kyriba highly preferredStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAdaptable, flexible, and able to balance multiple projects / prioritiesEffective written and oral communication skillsFocus on details, accuracy, and qualityIntegrity, reliability, initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work well within teams and independentlyDisciplined and hard working with a positive attitudeUnderstanding of the principles of liquidity management and corporate financeApplied knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts/principlesProficient in MS OfficeAdvanced Microsoft Excel analysis and modeling skills are requiredEducation/Experience:A four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required; MBA preferredTypically requires 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including previous experience in Treasury and Cash Management.#LI-HYBRIDThe estimated base salary range for the Sr. Analyst, Treasury (Hybrid) role based in the United States of America is: $88,200 - $132,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
