You and your team will support the global organization by establishing a centralized Tier 1 HR (Human Resources) service delivery center based out of our Bengaluru (Bangalore) office location. You will build a team of HR coordinators responsible for delivering critical HR business processes and be the first line of support for the global Alteryx employee population by answering and directing employees on their HR policy/process-related questions.As the manager, you will be responsible for working across departments, interacting with our other partners in HR, Finance/Payroll and Enterprise Systems to ensure People Services Coordinators are effectively enabled to support associate questions and issues. You will build strong and effective relationships with regional People Services and HR Business Partner associates who you will work closely with on projects and any necessary case escalations.You will play a key role in developing and improving processes that support efficiency and scalability, including the transition of operational tasks from our People and Culture centers of excellence. You will set goals, objectives, and coach your team members in achieving defined operational results and service SLAs. You will use these metrics to communicate to HR and company leadership the success and stability of the overall HR support model.Your team will play a critical role in identifying and creating content for our HR knowledge base aimed to support employee inquiries and drive employee self-service opportunities.Required Experience· Establish and lead a new HR Service Center in Bangalore, India· Deliver HR services efficiently, including process management and employee query resolution· Maintaining and transacting employee data in Workday· Maintenance of service delivery metrics using an enterprise case management system, preferably ServiceNow· Develop and maintain a knowledge base to support self-service (Tier 0) and assist the team in quickly responding to employee questions (Tier 1)· Leadership and mentorship of a team, fostering an environment of coaching, continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery & associate experience· Experience in employee training and knowledge transfer to onboard new areas of operational support for HR COEsQualifications:· 3-5 year in the HR operations/HR service delivery function· Minimum 3 of leadership experience in managing and coaching a team within an HR shared services model· Proven track record of establishing shared service delivery in a mid to large-sized organization.· Strong familiarity with HRIS tools, particularly Workday· Experience with enterprise service delivery software, preferably, ServiceNow· Capability to build out a knowledge base for self-service and high-level query resolution.· Experience creating, monitoring and reporting service delivery metrics that demonstrate team impact, opportunities, and goal achievement.Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
