Working within the Engineering Operations team, the Program Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with Development, Test Engineering, IT, Product Management, Design, Implementations, Support and other internal teams to drive efficiencies, transparency, quality and predictability in our software delivery process.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership on cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of software packages to our Implementations and Support teams.Ensure adherence to organizational processes and SDLC standards for software release practices.Establish engineering and QA completeness criteria to gate software releases from engineering to QA to release. Responsible for release planning, documentation, dependency coordination, internal training and communications.Provide organizational metrics reporting for build and release milestones and release schedulesProvide leadership to manage bug triage scope with cross-functional implementation and support teamsInitiate and work on initiatives to improve the software release experience as well improve internal and external customer satisfaction.Provide direction and guidance to less-experienced team members.EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.Overall 12+ years of industry experience and minimum 7 years related experience in project management, business analysis, software development or software implementations. Financial Services or Digital Channel experience is preferred.Self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment while delivering results.Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.Ability to convey technical concepts to business oriented teams and to interact with technical internal resources.Capable of assessing and communicating risks and mitigations.Experience managing customer and internal expectations while understanding the customer impact.Leadership experience in a team lead or manager role.Strong process, leadership and collaboration skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.NoneThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
