They play a critical role in optimizing the company's financial resources, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.What You'll DoCash ManagementDevelop and implement strategies for optimizing cash flows and maintaining appropriate levels of liquidityMonitor daily cash balances and forecast future cash needs to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirementsManage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for banking servicesManage operational processes including intercompany loans, credit facility management, foreign exchange risk management that includes balance sheet and income statement FX exposure analysis, monitoring, and hedging, and forward contracts when appropriateRisk ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit riskDevelop and implement hedging strategies to protect against adverse movements in interest rates, exchange rates, and commodity pricesMonitor market conditions and regulatory developments to assess their impact on the company's risk exposureCapital Markets ActivitiesEvaluate financing alternatives and recommend appropriate funding sources, including debt issuance, equity issuance, and other capital market transactionsCoordinate with investment bankers, legal counsel, and other advisors to execute financing transactionsManage relationships with investors and credit rating agenciesTreasury OperationsOversee the day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, cash forecasting, wire transfers, and bank account administrationImplement and maintain treasury systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury activitiesFinancial Reporting and CompliancePrepare and analyze treasury-related financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and risk exposure reportsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies related to treasury activitiesCoordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary information and support audits of treasury activitiesWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredExtensive experience 8+ years in treasury management roles, preferably in a corporate environmentPreferred QualificationsCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or similar certification preferredStrong understanding of the FX exposures and FX risk-mitigating programsStrong understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury management systemsExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsTravel RequirementUp to 10 %Working ConditionsReliable internet access for any period working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $147,000.00 - $250,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
