The CPX (Customer & Partner Experience) Enablement Manager is a critical leader to professional employees who develop and deploy continuous training strategies and procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness of Workiva’s CPX employees. This role will partner with leaders and peers to optimize the CPX employee onboarding experience by delivering content, expertise, programs, and tools that work to deliver on Workiva’s goals for internal training and enablement. This role is vital in developing repeatable data driven training processes including CPX employee onboarding and continuous learning, and change management and enablement strategy. What you’ll Do:Own the strategy for CPX employee training and enablement that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture that positively impacts all CPX TeamsAlign with CPX leadership and peers to assess, optimize and deploy a continuous training program; coordinate educational content for ongoing training Communicate enablement strategy and key metrics to stakeholders on a regular cadence; use data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the CPX teamEnsure effective change management and adoption of key strategic initiatives and organizational changes through communications and trainingAnalyzes performance of enablement programs to determine effectiveness and need for additional training Create a best-in-class enablement strategy for CPX that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture that positively impacts all CPX TeamsStay up to date with current best practices and principles of adult learning theoryEnsure enablement messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and aligned with Workiva valuesWhat you’ll need:Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree A minimum 5 years related experience Preferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience with content management, learning management systems, and employee training best practices preferred2+ years direct people management experience preferred, including supervisory experience of supervisor and/or individual contributorsKnowledge of best practices related to cognitive coaching, learning theory, and instructional practicesAbility to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision-makingExcellent presentation and communication skills with ability build relationships at all internal and external organizational levels across our entire geographyExperience applying change management methodologies to lead people through  the change processRemote - Ready Excellence:Minimal travel Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $87,000.00 - $148,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
