Sales Operations ManagementDescription -Organization:Channel Data Management/Partner Data Collection is the process managing & enriching reported Partner Data for further downstream usage in HP Channel ProcessesChannel Data Management team mission is to define and operate data collection processes, ensure coverage and quality of partner data and provide Partner and Sales support on data collaborationRole:This a partner facing role with specific focus on the APJ region (Greater Asia, Greater India and Greater China markets) and that will be responsible for managing a team of Channel Data Specialists in charge of the following activities:Partner onboarding/deboarding to reporting to HPMissing data follow upsImprove data qualitySupport partners on how to make corrections on data attributes (Warnings, errors, Products, Sold to, End customer and names and address)Tickets managementDefine an action plan to increase Frictionless and hands off experienceDeliver Partner deep dive process and technical trainingsMain responsibilities:Manages a team of individual contributors and monitors their performance while ensuring the availability of tools and resources to support both the team and the CDM operational processes.Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes, and develops action plans to address performance gaps.Facilitates the adoption of process changes within the Channel Data Organization by communicating changes effectively, training employees, and managing resistance.Manages resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology, to support process improvement initiatives effectively.Leads projects related to process improvement, from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting.Creates and maintains clear and up-to-date documentation of operational processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.Prepares and delivers regular reports to senior management on the status of operational processes, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Provides training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in process management.Implements quality control measures to ensure that operational processes meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to operational process management.
