Sales support CoordinatorDescription -ResponsibilitiesManage Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.Operate processes based on specific instructions/manual.Supports order transactions and reporting of customer issuesCapture, entry, and organization of customer information, updating sales data, maintaining records and documentation, researching information, compiling data for reports, assisting with analysis, and coordinating work via pre-defined processes.Ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized, and accessible. Compiles work and presents final deliverables.Produces analyses and reports using business applications.Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement.Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.Education and Experience RequiredUniversity degree or equivalent experience.Typically 4-5 years of experience in Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.Knowledge and SkillsGood communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
