ProducerDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for overseeing the creation of various marketing materials and the development, evaluation, and execution of image-building, awareness-building, and promotional programs across different target audiences and sales channels. The role involves planning and measuring point-of-sale strategies for the retail channel, as well as managing the customer reference database and executing communication plans targeting diverse audiences. Additionally, the role includes participating in functional budget management, leading coordination with cross-functional teams, contributing to complex projects, and fostering productive working relationships.Responsibilities• Oversees creation of direct mail, catalog, telemarketing, brochures, spec sheets, white papers, sales tools, newsletters and/or email marketing projects.• Develops, drives, and evaluates key image-building, awareness building and/or promotional and demand generation programs and contact strategies across audiences, industries, sales channels, or businesses in direct support of revenue targets.• Plans, executes and measures integrated point-of-sale strategies and presence for the retail channel.• Oversees update and maintenance of customer reference database with information on referenceable customers.• Oversees execution of communication plans that strategically target global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local audiences.• Participates in establishing, tracking and reporting of business group or country measurements of success like calls, clicks, leads, revenue, etc.• Participates in managing functional budgets, ensuring they stay within estimated limits and selects, manages, and motivates agency and/or contractor management.• Leads coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of communication programs.• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in direct marketing, communications, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Change Management• Communication Strategies• Content Creation• Content Development• Content Strategy• Corporate Communications• Customer Relationship Management• Internal Communications• Journalism• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Marketing• Marketing Communications• Media Relations• Newsletters• Press Releases• Project Management• Public Relations• Social Media• Strategic Communication• Thought LeadershipCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Complexity• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
