WHY BOX NEEDS YOU Box is looking for an experienced leader to head a team of developers responsible for key Finance systems (i.e. NetSuite, Coupa, Concur and Anaplan) and People-payroll systems (i.e. Workday and Cloudpay). In this role, you will be delivering best-in-class scalable solutions to support key functions in our Enable organization. You will be working with business leaders and collaborating with our Enterprise Systems team by utilizing your technical expertise and business insights.  An ideal candidate will have exceptional management, technical, analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels or organizations. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Systems this individual will be a key member of a lean and high impact IT organization with top quality team members focused on superior execution and delivery. WHAT YOU'LL DO Bring a strong technical foundation; engage the team on architecture, design, and deep dive on complex solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating technical staff on underlying business principles Lead teams in iterative product development using Agile principles and a quality-first approach to development Partner with business engagement, delivery planning, and executives to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Overall ownership and accountability for systems implementation to include quality, accuracy, and usability of data and related interfaces, by working with internal stakeholders to implement adequate processes, audits and backup systems Overall ownership and accountability for execution of Finance, HR and payroll technology projects; ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions to scale the business and resolve any inbound bugs/defects/enhancement requests Support end users for compliance based system requests including, SOX documentation, testing, and timely remediation Develop, track, and maintain OKRs/SLAs/KPIs/statistics in order to monitor system and team commitments and optimize for both end user satisfaction and cost of service delivery.  Leads a geographically divers team of Boxers and third party partners Identify technical dependencies and any gaps, determine capabilities needed and engage the proper technical experts to solve the problem; and determine a solution Assist the Director, Enterprise Systems to build out the team and implement the right application development/support model   WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field 10+ years experience in ERP, Financial Systems (NetSuite, Anaplan, Blackline, Coupa) Extensive working experience across the suite of Workday modules with specific focus in two or more of the following area: Human Capital Management, Absence, Talent and Performance Management, Recruiting, Core and Advanced Compensation, Security, Reporting, Integrations (EIBs, Studio, PECI/PICOF) Working experience and Good understanding of key finance processes (i.e. close process, financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue recognition, hire to retire etc.) Strong project management, team management and relationship management skills Experience with SOX systems and general controls requirements  Experience with publicly traded and global companies  Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and work as both as a lead and as a manager Experience with software accounting processes, at a high-growth company is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to present to and engage with senior/executive management  Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn multiple functional areas of a business is required Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
