We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team! The Authentication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support teams within Authentication including Product Handlers. This person will be required to adapt to department / business needs while maintaining a focus on team performance, training, and development. What You Get To Do Everyday Conduct both formal and informal feedback conversations to support development of the team Drive team accountability for meeting / exceeding department goals and demonstrating company values  Facilitate daily, weekly and monthly touch bases with team to discuss  growth and results  Work closely with department leaders s to identify and address training and development opportunities within the team Help hold the team accountable to policy and procedure such as time and attendance Communicate company initiatives and critical messages to the support n team Maintain a high level of engagement through coaching and motivating the team on a daily basis Responsible for driving team KPI’s and team engagement while running the floor  Empower others and delegate when able to promote individual growth Build and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships Ensure product handlers and support functions are adhering to department needs daily Plan, delegate and monitor tasks for support teams to ensure efficient flow of product between departments and within Authentication  Monitor inventory control through scan compliance  Work closely with the management team to drive business strategies that will improve production and department results Manages daily operational tasks according to brand standards Acts as a brand ambassador and advocate for TheRealReal What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements Minimum 1 year of luxury fashion experience Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team culture Ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment Excellent organizational & time management skills A ‘can-do’ attitude with a solutions focus Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets Preferred Requirements College degree in a relevant area of study (Fashion Merchandising, Textile Science, etc.) Thorough understanding of TRR and copywriting department protocols and procedures   The expected salary range for this role is  $42,024.00 - $48,144.00 . To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
