As Brand Manager for Home, Audio & Services, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and momentum of communications for your lines of business within Europe. You'll ensure the integration of all communications across your products, ensuring that the localisation and implementation of global programs and campaigns meet Apple’s exacting standards. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications A strong marketeer who is flexible, proactive and detail orientated, with deep project management skills and a strategic approach. Experience within a creative agency or in house marketing environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with partners, both internally and externally. Able to see opportunities and challenges and present potential solutions to multiple partners within the business. Familiarity with dealing with data and trends to tell stories. Works collaboratively in partnership with others and able to influence through strong presentation and leadership. Can navigate complex stakeholder management, often under pressure and in situations of ambiguity. Comfortable with working with creative teams and giving constructive feedback. Willing to put the time and effort in for perfect results! Description Description Product expertise and insights within Marcom. The go to for the team for information on their allocated products to include; messaging, positioning, content, legal anomalies, country differences, current plans etc. Owning and disseminating this data to keep everyone on the same page. Strong understanding of market knowledge and competitive activity. Lead launches and sustain projects: Owning and driving Home, Audio and Services related updates as well as supporting other Brand Managers on larger multi-product launches. This will involve partnering with operations and traffic to plan staffing and resources, understanding dependencies across deliverables and making strategic prioritisation decisions. Close collaboration will be required with a variety of functions including web, merchandising, print and advertising, so knowledge of a wide range of media will be essential. Attending launch localisation workshops for up to 8 weeks a year to lead a team of Apple producers, creative directors, editors, translators, content teams, production artists and developers. Drive post announce localisation effort to completion. Be the main point of contact and driver for all local market launch and sustaining activities for their allocated product. Act as the key interface between Services teams, WW Marcom teams, PR and Product Marketing. Proactively recommend and develop new processes and relationships to optimise projects and achieve maximum business impact. Creative origination: Look for opportunities across Europe to add relevance and impact to our business by amplifying global work or originating specific work for local markets. Work with a wider marketing team to identify these opportunities and then lead the case to WW Marcom for approval. Manage the creative briefing and drive the creative work through to completion by working closely with creative teams, European and WW partners, project management and functional groups. Stakeholder management: Drive integration between business owners (Services, Apple Retail, Marcom LA, WW Marcom, Product Marketing, PR) for day to day communication but particularly during campaigns. Keeping worldwide team informed on Europe projects. Strategic guide to the functions - the glue that makes sure we’re on message and on time.
