The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business operations, and data analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging Power BI to extract insights and optimize business performance. Your day-today Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.Lead the development of long-term strategic plans, annual operating plans, and performance metrics to align with business objectives.Utilize Power BI to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and create visualizations to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress against strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.Provide strategic guidance and operational support to senior leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.Mentor and develop a team of strategy and operations professionals to build capabilities and drive organizational success. What you bring to the teamBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership positionProven expertise in using Power BI or other business intelligence tools to analyze data, create reports, and drive insights.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.Why Proofpoint Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success. We are a customer-focused and driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products—and many exciting reasons to join our team.
