Join us! Role Overview: Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Executive to be at the forefront of our Fusion business in the India and ASEAN market. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth for Fusion, forging strategic partnerships, and exceeding targets. Reporting to the Fusion Sales Manager in India, you will operate in a hybrid capacity, leveraging your sales expertise alongside technical specialists to guide prospects through the customer onboarding journey, ultimately solidifying Fusion's position as the #1 Design and Manufacturing solution in the industry.Responsibilities:Spearhead prospecting efforts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.Manage a 180-day pipeline to ensure performance and maintain a quarterly forecast.Champion customer-centric engagement by actively listening to prospects' needs and creating impactful first impressions.Utilize innovative follow-up strategies to nurture leads and amplify interest in Fusion.Work closely with Technical expert, channel Partners and cross functional team Collaborate with Marketing for outbound campaigns.Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth.Understand business pain points and propose solutions to meet customer requirements.Consistently exceed revenue targets and maintain exceptional performance against activity and pipeline metrics.Expand market reach through strategic partnerships.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.2-5 years of proven success in SAAS sales experienceProficiency in conversational English skills.Comprehensive understanding of the CAD/CAM/CAE market landscape.Strong communication skills, with a talent for building influential relationships and delivering results in a collaborative environment.Demonstrated resilience, motivation, and ambition to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.Proficiency in sales processes and maintaining accurate CRM records.Location preference -  Bengaluru.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
