Job Requisition ID #24WD78359Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, Global Communications, and two Senior Directors on the Autodesk Worldwide Marketing team. You will have knowledge of standard company operations and policies. You will be responsible for scheduling, travel arrangements (domestic and international), communications, meeting planning, and supporting project activities. You will help ensure the efficient operation of Global Communications.You will report directly to the Vice President of Global Communications. This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States, but you must be comfortable working Pacific Time Zone hours.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage complex calendars while ensuring prioritization of activitiesProvide meeting support and coordinate logistics for departmental meetingsArrange international and domestic travelYou will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersYou will help create, review and edit documents, presentations and reportsHelp manage expense reports and reimbursements for the leadersHelp with the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects within the Global Communications departmentMinimum QualificationsYou have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experienceHave 3+ years of experience in project management, executive support, or related roles supporting senior leaders in a corporate environmentYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, and familiarity with Workday. Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Microsoft ProjectHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou understand how to handle confidential business mattersYou are adaptable and resourceful in problem-solvingYou have an interest in Communications or Marketing discipline(s)Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
