In this crucial role, you will partner with sales employees to drive sales performance and operational goals, making a significant impact on our overall success. This is an ideal position for someone who has strong analytical skills as well as practical communication skills. Qualified candidates will have strong program management skills, creative problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and self-directed. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast and pipeline scrutiny to ensure customer needs and wants are captured and communicated throughout the organization.       Participate in projects that enable Sales personnel to spend more time focused on selling and less time resolving issues and chasing information.Work as a liaison between manufacturing, finance, service, and sales to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Resolve conflicts. Uncover disconnects. Provide solutions and execute to completion.Provide helpful analysis and drive proactive improvements on the quote-to-cash process.Drive process improvements, take the lead on regional requirements, and follow through to implementation with the help of virtual teams.Track POs, manufacturing schedules, shipments, deliveries, product lead times, and material shortages. Work to resolve issues. Be especially vigilant and drive during quarter-ends.Provide meaningful reports to Sales Mgmt. - standard and ad-hoc. Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Fluent in English2+ years of experience, ideally with Salesforce.com or other CRMAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentWell organized, results-driven, and eager to handle complex problems.Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies.Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, fast-changing work environmentEmbrace the opportunity for continuous learning and growth–you are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential.
