Search JobsJob DescriptionProcure to Pay ManagerWhat is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?We are looking for good talent with experience in Procure to Pay with the below suitable requirements.A professional qualification in management or accounting with experience in Procure to Pay function.At least 5+ years of people management experience in Accounts Payable or related function with a similar company.Solid experience in Oracle/SAP ERP systemsStrategic LeadershipIndependent thinker and influencerStrong process and accounting knowledgeIndependently handle & be responsible for the team and accountable for a team's day to day responsibilities.Deep understanding of procurement, supplier data management, cash payments and accounting for AP function.The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment is critical. Your primary responsibilities will also include providing value add analysis and financial guidance to the business.Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Accountable for Procure to Pay team’s day to day responsibilities at the Shared Service Center(s) in the areas of Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supplier Data Management, Supplier Query Support and other strategic projectsAct as a site leader for Procure to Pay functionCollaborate with Global Process Owners for process/policy change and/or system enhancementsAct as the point of contact for any internal critical issues or process exceptionsTalent management through hiring, training, mentoring and engage in professional development discussionsCompliance to internal policy and SOX for all transactions processed in Procure to Pay areasManage escalation from internal and external stake holdersSupport the team during systems change and/or implementationCapable of facilitating resolutions to issues related to cross functional operationsDrive month close process and manage executive reporting of Procure to Pay metricesExercises discernment within defined procedures and practices to resolve appropriate actionWhat type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?The primary goal of this role is to manage Procure to Pay process across the globe. Your regular activities may be modified to suit your professional strengths, but you can expect different type of assignments as mentioned below.Collaborate with Global Process Owners for process/policy change and/or system enhancementsTrack record of showing finance leadership in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentStrong organizational, problem solving and analytical skillsStrength in succinctly explaining complex transactions and business impactAbility to drive process-based improvement across functions and within FinanceStrong collaboration skills for driving solutions in a cross-functional initiativesStrong leadership and development, coaching capabilities to optimize performanceAbility to manage cross cultural teams What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?The Procure-to-Pay Leader will report directly to the Director, Finance Shared Services and support him in redefining the Procure to Pay area.This position has high exposure to all other areas and frequently interacts with executives.The P2P Leader will support the Procurement, Supplier Onboarding and Accounts Payable functions dealing with escalations, approvals, and overall coordination of activities between the Procure to Pay teams.This role will also work closely with the several business leaders and Finance members spread around the globe.
