You will work to create and execute project plans for cross-functional teams focused on developing and improving assays within our CLIA labs. Beyond project management, we're seeking candidates who have a keen interest in contributing to tool and template development to streamline our processes. Responsibilities:Facilitate transparent communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, progress, and risks.Contribute actively to the development and tracking of comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scope definition, scheduling, and quality targets.Drive the creation and refinement of project management tools and templates. Manage project schedules effectively, identifying key tasks, dependencies, and critical paths, and adapting plans as needed to meet evolving project requirements.Maintain accurate project documentation and proactively escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.Prepare project teams for product development process phase reviews, ensuring thorough preparation and alignment with project goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify resource requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet project needs.Requirements:Experience in product project development or process improvement within biotech, pharmaceuticals, IVD, medical devices, or life sciences industries.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.Strong proficiency in project scheduling using tools such as MS Project, with a demonstrated understanding of dependencies and critical paths.Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.Demonstrated interest in tool and template development, with a desire to contribute to process improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with collaboration and prioritization tools such as Confluence and JIRA.Experience working in a regulated environment.CAPM certificationThe estimated base salary range for the Associate Project Manager role based in the United States of America is: $67,000 - $100,600. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
