We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.The Job At-A-Glance:Q2 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high performance Implementation team that is pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver, implement, and support standard and custom code for clients.  This role involves problem solving and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, developers, and management.  If you love problem solving and going above and beyond to satisfy clients and their ever-changing needs, this position is for you.  A Typical Day:Managing projects delivered by the Implementation organization at Q2Provide oversight and direction of the Engineering support queue and escalated case queueResponsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered toCoordinating both internally with other departments and externally with Q2 clients and 3rd party vendors on project schedule, status and deliveryBring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.Experience with technology and/or development background OR experience working in the banking/Fintech industry.Ability to work on several projects concurrently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrioritization of projects for the implementation teamGood interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsMotivated by providing excellent Customer ServiceGuiding customer requirements and project workflowsKnowledge of Banking practicesFamiliarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemInformal or academic experience with any of the following technologies including, but not limited to:  Python, Agile Programming Methodology, HTML/ Java Script/ CSS, SQL RDBMS Management tools, Integrated Development Environments (IDE)#LI-MM1#LI-RemoteThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
