Global HR Compliance Senior ManagerDescription -Job SummaryLeads the Global Human Resource Compliance function across the geographies in the management, design and administration of HP's Global Compliance frameworks, programs, policies and procedures ensuring internal and external commitments and compliance requirements are met. Manages a team of HR Compliance managers in the delivery of internal and external audit activity on behalf of the Human Resource Function including, Human Rights and Reasonable Business Alliance. Management of the vendor and internal partner relationships in the delivery of Affirmative Action and Statutory HR Training.  Accountable for HP's HR Policy Management, Legislation Change Management programs and HP's Contingent Workforce Compliance Policy and program. In partnership with the Employment Law function develops and designs the requirements and options for business as usual activities i.e. Workforce Reduction, Organization Design and Selection, Performance Management, Termination of Employment etc. Accountable for the ongoing improvement of the program, policies and procedures. Participates in external forums representing the company as a program expert. Provides and develops solutions to complex problems and manages policy/program escalations. Provides HR Compliance consultation and training to business/functional partners and Human Resource. Provides input into and deploys the HR Compliance strategy, priorities and programs across the geographies.          Education & Experience Recommended• Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.• Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management.• Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.• Experienced in managing human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results• Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)• Superior business acumen, technical knowledge of multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies• Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills• Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting• Strong understanding of HP's policies and processesPreferred CertificationsKnowledge & Skills• High: Extensive cross-functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues• Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including knowledge, theories and techniques.
