The Senior Partner Experience (PEX) Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the CPX PEX team globally and other stakeholders by enhancing communication and driving business processes. This position will assist in identifying and implementing processes that create team efficiency and effectiveness. The Senior PEX Operations Analyst will also act as the point of contact for global internal teams to ensure alignment on communication, prioritization, and initiatives.What You'll DoCreate and implement processes and policies that optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencyHelp identify areas of improvement for operational efficiency across various groups through gaining feedback on business processes & needsInvestigate and recommend best practices to ensure consistency across team proceduresPartner with global internal teams to ensure alignment on communication, prioritization and initiativesPartner with Gainsight (CPX Management system) Administrators to source data as needed and deliver insights about customer behaviour to client-facing teamsWork with PEX leaders to ensure that partner-facing teams have the tools, processes, and data necessary to achieve business objectivesAssist with reports, dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators including partners trends supporting their maturity journeyComplete operations and administrative duties efficiently and accurately throughout all aspects of PEX and partner needsFacilitate seamless logistical support for partner team & partner training activities, including room bookings, participant coordination, and catering arrangements.Ensure smooth execution of partner-related events by managing diverse logistical aspects with attention to detail.What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications 4+ years experience working in Customer or Partner Experience, Customer Success, Operations or similar role in a SaaS businessUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience working in geographically dispersed teams is preferredPrevious experience supporting insights for a SaaS platform Previous experience managing, coordinating, scheduling and reporting partner training and enablementPrevious experience from an analytical perspective on partner maturity growth including predictive modeling and trend analysisExceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsEnjoy planning, organizing and multitasking skills to prioritize numerous projectsSolid verbal and written communication skills to translate both business needs and data insights in clear, concise, and effective mannerAbility to effectively interact with business partners at varying levels of organizationInterested in leveraging technology, tools, and process improvements to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvementAbility to meet established deadlinesWell organized with superb project management, time management skills and attention to detailAbility to synthesize data into consumable insights and deliver to stakeholdersPersonable, agile, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, rapidly changing environmentTechnical aptitude, with familiarity in using office based software Travel Requirements & Working ConditionsUp to 10% travel for internal meetingsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeWorkiva is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
