IN-Associate Executive Operations - Consulting

Must have Good communication skills to interact with all regions (EMEA/NA/LATAM/APAC) Drive Demand and Supply calls. Maintains up-to-date knowledge base of existing resources, skill levels, and certifications  Support the Global Resource Controllers and Solution PODs and/or any other POD or team as applicable and/or advised by the manager as well as regional teams to allocate resources to projects, re-arrange for assignments, liaise with other Resource Controllers globally to fill open requirements and/or share resources across regions and teams.  Engage with partners to source contractors filling open requirements as/when needed Ensures resources allocation and billing are consistent with the contractual agreements. Reviews accuracy of associates calendars to ensure realistic revenue forecasts are provided to senior management. Handle staffing and Bench Management for the practice Maintain the PSA system with regards to specific values and bookings.  Ability to prepare and deliver reports/ presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Support the team on as-need-basis upon request of the manager.  The work timings will be standard India business hours.
