Responsibilities:
Undertake the design and development of complex software development tasks
Contribute to the growth of others through leading by example and mentoring more junior members of the team.
Contribute to the Signifyd engineering culture and ensure that any inefficiencies and wasteful processes are highlighted and addressed
Ensuring the successful delivery of product features into the hands of our users including co-ordinating with cross-functional partners within the organisation.
Contribute to the team's functional excellence in terms of coding, processes and tools, bringing in best practices and standards.
Participate in on-call support to respond to critical issues, occasionally including weekends.
Required:
At least 3 years of experience in a microservices environment
Excellent programming skills in Java or similar object-oriented language (C#, Go, Kotlin, Scala)
Experience with scripting languages and SQL
Problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
Experience building large-scale high-performance systems
Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code
