We ensure that company practices, policies, and processes are performed in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements and Workday’s core values.About the RoleAs a Senior Associate of the Cybersecurity Compliance team at Workday, you will use your compliance knowledge as well as risk and relationship management experience to help Workday’s continual growth in technology compliance certifications and programs, including work towards new standards and certifications.The role will be based in our EMEA HQ in Dublin working alongside an existing, established and supportive team.Specific responsibilities include:Assist with compliance and audit programs across multiple teams, including operations, security and developmentClearly articulate compliance programs and handle communications with third parties, including customers, partners and vendorsParticipate on external compliance audit activities and key controlsReview new product features to understand impact to compliance requirementsComplete formal risk assessments of projects, initiatives, technologies and processesAbout YouBasic Qualifications2+ years of experience in an equivalent technology risk and compliance related roleExperience in supporting or leading industry compliance standards such as SOC1/SOC2, ISO27001, Privacy standardsProgram/project management experienceDegree or equivalent years of work experienceOther QualificationsFamiliarity with EU compliance standards such as C5, Cyber Essentials, TISAXFamiliarity with Cloud Computing and Software as a Service, particularly risk models and controls related to these servicesDemonstrable ability to think critically while maintaining operational efficiencyOrganized, responsive, and able to gain support and consensus with cross-functional teamsExperience influencing and coordinating the work of others to meet key project milestones, with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentCapability to speak articulately to technical and operational processesKeen attention to detail and accuracyAbility to juggle multiple projects and organise time effectivelyStrong communications skillsCISA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications a plusExperience facilitating and leading security and compliance audits;SaaS industry-specific regulatory compliance knowledge a plusOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
