Learn more at   www.doubleverify.com .   Position Overview: Taking place as a branch of the TechOps division, the support team is the technical focal point of all the technical teams. While performing the operation and monitoring duties, the operation engineer is the know it all tech-savvy that is in charge of DoubleVerify’s environments.   Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining DoubleVerify's applications, servers, and network. Monitoring and administering Linux and Windows systems. Taking appropriate actions on system alerts based on standard operating procedures. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development and deployment. Troubleshooting and resolving issues using SQL queries. Maintenance of technical documentation (Internal Support team), processes and procedures used throughout normal operations. Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regards to DoubleVerify's own architecture and platforms. Participation in 24/7/365 on-call rotation.   Requirements: 2+ years Experience working in a role supporting developers/engineer's applications 2+ years Experience with monitoring systems and management tools (ex: Nagios, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus) 2+ years Experience in an Application Support Role Basic understanding of SQL 1.5+ years Windows/Linux administration skills (IIS and/or Apache configuration) Familiarity with orchestration and containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) 2+ years Experience supporting a cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent social skills Customer service oriented (inbound) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational skills to drive resolution from beginning to end Strong analytical and problem solving skills Previous experience with technical documentation Advantage : Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash  2+ years Experience with Kubernetes \ Kafka Experience with automation/configuration management including Ansible, Jenkins
