A pioneer in the use of virtualization and policy-driven automation technologies, EUC simplifies IT complexity across the entire data center to the virtual workplace, empowering customers with solutions in thesoftware- defined data center to hybrid cloud computing and the mobile workspace.QualificationA professional qualification in accounting or management with 12+ years of experience in Account Receivable function.At least 5+ years of people management experience in Accounts Receivable or related function with a similar company.Independently handle & be responsible for the team and accountable for a team day responsibilitiesDeep understanding of cash collection, cash application and accounting for AR functionKey Responsibilities:Hands on experience with application of US GAAP accounting principles (related to AR)Proficient in summarizing the AR transactions and driving discussions with senior executivesAccountable for Accounts Receivable team’s day to day responsibilities at the SharedService Center(s) in the areas of Cash Collections, Cash Applications, RMA, AR Support, ARAccounting, Credit Reviews and other strategic projects.Act as a site leader for Accounts Receivable functionCollaborate with Global Process Owners for process/policy change and/or system enhancementsAct as the point of contact for any internal critical issues or process exceptionsTalent management through hiring, training, mentoring and engage in professional development discussionsCompliance to internal policy and SOX for all transactions processed in Accounts Receivable function Manage escalation from internal and external stake holdersSupport the team during systems change and/or implementationCapable of facilitating resolutions to issues related to cross functional operationsDrive month close process and manage executive reporting of AR metricesExercises discernment within defined procedures and practices to resolve appropriate actionSkills:Strategic LeadershipIndependent thinker and influencerStrong accounting knowledgeSolid experience in Oracle/SAP ERP systemsTrack record of showing finance leadership in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentStrong organizational, problem solving and analytical skillsStrength in succinctly explaining complex transactions and business impactAbility to drive process-based improvement across functions and within FinanceStrong collaboration skills for driving solutions in a cross-functional initiativesStrong leadership and development, coaching capabilities to optimize performanceAbility to manage cross cultural teamsThis job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by Broadcom.For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $105,000 - $252,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
