Job Requisition ID #24WD78090Position OverviewNOTE: This is a 1-year fixed-term contract (with the opportunity for extension or potential for permanent employment).Autodesk is looking for a Marketing Manager to win new customers with Account-based Marketing (ABM) methods to grow influence, executive engagement, long-term customer relationships, awareness and adoption of Autodesk software and services – especially in the public sector.We ask that you will have interaction and integration with the extended sales team and their customers to help position Autodesk as a strategic partner, create understanding, visibility, and engagement.Reporting to the Director of Account-Based Marketing EMEA, we support hybrid work, and you will be expected to work some of your time each week in our Munich office.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools and customer programs. Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support business with ABMPartner with broader organization of account-based marketers to agree on programmatic campaigns which apply to the dedicated audiencePlan out account-based marketing plans with clear goals to achieve like executive engagement, pipeline and revenue goals. Nurture contacts within the dedicated accounts and engage that audience with unexpected and intentional marketing to lead account opportunitiesDevelop new and use existing programs, tools and assets designed to showcase Autodesk as a strategic partner to allow new customers to get the most value out of our solutions, relationship and services as an enterprise customerLead the execution of your programs for the dedicated audience on planning, (event) logistics, and onsite management, budget, list management, follow up and reportingMeasure the success of your account-based marketing programs from a contact, pipeline and marketing investment perspectiveNavigate the Autodesk organization and use professional networks to identify internal and external resources, partners, and programs that support enterprise account goalsMinimum QualificationsDegree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience4+ years of experience in ABM and B2B marketingDemonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales teamDirect customer-facing experience in enterprise, account-based, field marketing or solution sales roleTeam player able to work cross-functionallyExperience using SalesforceEstimated 20% travel required during peak timeGerman speaker plus English#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
