Why youYou will have some previous demonstratable experience working within a relevant, operational HR role, ideally in an international business. You will be curious, proactive and solutions focused. You will have knowledge and experience employment laws and practices across Europe. You will have considerable employee relations and performance management experience and will have excellent organisational and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesThe role of an HR Generalist is diverse, especially as our team works across Europe. Key responsibilities include:Developing scalable policies and procedures which help to ensure efficiency and a fantastic employee experience. Analysing data to identify and assist in solving HR-related matters.Managing employee relations cases including performance improvement plans and absence management.Acting as a point of contact for leaders and employees, answering HR queries.Working closely with HRBPs by providing advice to leaders, supporting roll out of initiatives and change management. Partnering with global HR teams (i.e. Leadership & Professional Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) and Payroll team to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.Skills and experiencesExperience working as a Human Resources Generalist or in another relevant HR role.Competence in HR functional areas (i.e. employee relations, compensation philosophies, performance management, employment laws and learning and development).Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Desirable Experience Experience working in an international organisation.
