The Contracts Operations Analyst will support SailPoint’s Contract Operations’ customer-facing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to assist in the growth and development of a critical back-end company function and to contribute to company year-end goals. This will be a short-term contract position. Within 1 month: You will shadow team members to learn the SailPoint processes of contracting and workflow. You will review internal courses and resources to gain knowledge of how our sales teams work and engage with the Contracts team.Within 3 months:You will be familiar with the Contracts team workflow and effectively triage requests through Salesforce and Outlook. You’ll be proficient in framings within Conga and assist in iterations and updates of the CLM implementation. You’ll create and distribute Delivery Notices to SailPoint customers in a timely fashion. You will have built relationships with the Deal Desk, Accounts and global Contracts teams. You may be able to handle NDAs and low-level, low-complex negotiations. You will assist in leading the development of the Contract Analysts to develop and enhance skills necessary to continue to grow.Roles and responsibilities:Coordinating/allocating responses to internal and external partner requests for assistance with customer and partner agreements and other contract-related requestsManaging the lifecycle of a variety of SailPoint templates such as: NDAs, Framework Customer Agreements, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreements, Schedules/Quotations to Customers, statements of work (SOWs), data protection agreements (DPAs), and transactional documentsAssisting with the creation and distribution of Delivery Notices for SailPoint Offerings and Other ServicesFiling fully executed agreements with attributes identified and linked to customer and partner accountsMaintaining up-to-date account and contract data in Salesforce and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systemUndertaking specific project management support, as neededThis is a short-term contractMinimum Requirements:3+ years working in a SaaS company or commercial environment is preferredHigh aptitude for creative problem solvingStrong ability to work and think independentlyPrior experience with Box, Salesforce, quote to cash system (QTC) and CPQ processes preferredExcellent attention to detail – methodical, organized, and process drivenExcellent communication skills – written and verbalAbility to deal with all levels of stakeholders and colleagues and to facilitate co-ordination of cross-functional teamsProficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple matters, under pressure and in line with Quarter-End and Year-End timescalesEducation: Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience, preferred not requiredLocation:Fully remote role based in any US citySailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
