To support this growth, we are searching for a Senior Software BI Reporting Engineer with specialization in Data Analytics (mid-level/senior) to join our team.In this Bengaluru (Bangalore), India-based role you will focus on 2 primary objectives. One of those primary objectives will be to help build and deliver high-quality data products for our global operations and finance teams. The other primary objective will be to help maintain, support and improve those high-quality data products.Your Day to Day This role will lead analytics & reporting across strategic projects to unlock the growth potential of GoTo Inc business and end-to-end customer experience.This role will apply their experience & expertise in quantitative analysis, data modeling, and data science approaches to gain deep understanding of customer behavior and provide insights into customer engagement and journey across the life cycleHe/she will own and drive meaningful business metrics & KPIs focused on the end-to-end customer lifecycle and product lifecycle funnelDirectly influence the strategy for our product/engineering platforms as well as our customer experiencesHe/she will partner with data engineers, product managers and cross functional teams to build reliable data pipelines, data sets, reports, and dashboards to monitor and analyze critical metrics to ensure SLA and data qualityWhat We’re Looking For Proven experience using quantitative analysis/statistical modeling on data sets to solve intricate business problemsOutstanding at telling stories with data and presenting it to partners at all levels to influence critical decision makingMust have good hands-on experience with writing complex SQL queriesMust have hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Reporting and creating Dashboards using TableauProfessional Big Data experience, (e.g. Data Analytics, Dashboards, ETL/Data Pipeline Design and Development, Data Warehousing, Complex SQL Queries, Business Logic, etc.)Python and Spark programming skills, (Inc.
