You will report to Workday’s Chief Information Officer, serve as a key member of BT’s leadership team, and work in close partnership with senior leaders within BT and across the Workday enterprise. The role will serve as the primary BT point of contact for the Strategy function to help ensure that BT is fully represented and supporting the Company’s core strategic growth initiatives and ground-breaking imperatives. This role will play a critical role in enabling BT to fulfill our mission to help Workday seize on its expanded opportunities, and adapt to the constantly evolving technology landscape and heightened partner expectations.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Transformation Projects: Build the BT strategy (in collaboration with BT leadership team and key partners) to scale how BT delivers to our customers and impacts the business.Develop BT operational models to identify key priorities, optimize BT planning frameworks, headcount planning, budget and resource allocation, etc.Partner closely with corporate key business partners to ensure alignment between our BT approach and overall corporate strategy.Partner with BT senior leadership on key organizational changes, leadership alignment, and process improvements to ensure vision and strategy are enabled.Be on the forefront of BT industry trends, share industry standard methodologies, and foster innovation across the organization.Optimize BT plans and processes to move with speed and agility, and to lead the strategic vision for the BT of the future.Establish and lead BT Centers of Excellence to drive the most critical BT transformation initiatives.About YouThe Directory of BT Strategy will be a thoughtful leader with tremendous drive, intelligence and capability. The successful candidate will be a multi-dimensional problem solver who operates not only on the basis of important past experiences, but in light of new approaches and developments that occur in the market. Additional personal and professional attributes include:Basic Qualifications:8+ years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, strategy, consulting, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience driving innovation and transformation initiatives and leading organizational optimization efforts for a dynamic organization.8+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS environment, in particular either in or working closely with executives across different enterprise functions.BA, BS, or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.Other Qualifications:Experience with Financial and Planning software, personas, needs a plus.Shown operational experience driving alignment, collaboration, and execution across many partners who do not work directly for you.Ability to identify strategic needs, develop recommendations, and lead growthExperience driving effective organizational change techniques and implementation including communications plans.Experience running large scale global projects.Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced team. Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously, professionally, and empathetically.Utterly organized and diligent with details.Intellectual curiosity paired with a high growth-mindset. Strong influencing skills, with a reputation for getting things done effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced ability to interact with peers, senior Executives, cross-functional collaborators, and external third parties. Strong strategic approach, with ability to help set direction and outline key outcomes. Team-player attitude with ability to dig into the details as well as see the big picture.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
