You will report to Workday’s Chief Information Officer, serve as a key member of BT’s leadership team, and work in close partnership with senior leaders within BT and across the Workday enterprise. Additional personal and professional attributes include:Basic Qualifications:8+ years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, strategy, consulting, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience driving innovation and transformation initiatives and leading organizational optimization efforts for a dynamic organization.8+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS environment, in particular either in or working closely with executives across different enterprise functions.BA, BS, or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.Other Qualifications:Experience with Financial and Planning software, personas, needs a plus.Shown operational experience driving alignment, collaboration, and execution across many partners who do not work directly for you.Ability to identify strategic needs, develop recommendations, and lead growthExperience driving effective organizational change techniques and implementation including communications plans.Experience running large scale global projects.Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced team. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
