Across Australia and New Zealand, we deliver the best all-round entertainment offering, with international headline concert tours, intimate boutique music events, family entertainment, comedy, festivals and much more.The role: We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the team, based in our Collingwood office!This is an entry-level role, best suited to someone who is looking for an opportunity to learn the foundations of HR, enjoys a fast-paced and engaging environment, has a positive can-do attitude and is passionate about developing a career in HR!The role of HR Administrator is to support the HR team with day-to-day administrative HR operations of our business across the Australia/New Zealand region. This role will specifically have a core focus of being the first point of contact for all HR administrative enquiries for employees based in ANZ and on the ground support for employees based in our Collingwood office.  Primary responsibilities: Maintain Workday system, including providing support to leaders, ensuring employee records are updated timely and accurately, and managing compliance training completionAssist with system improvement processes by proactively identifying potential issues and investigating new processes to increase efficiencyMaintain Culture Amp platform and data, including assisting with the implementation of performance review cycles and engagement surveysOwn onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end, working with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, payroll and IT, ensuring all employees have a positive Live Nation experienceGenerate all contracts, variation letters and other required letters for employeesMaintain all HR folders, including employee filesManage delivery of key Reward & Recognition initiatives, including issuing tenure awardsBe an active member and collaborate with the Culture Committee for the Collingwood office to help plan, coordinate and deliver all social, wellbeing and DEI initiatives and eventsAssist the HR team with the implementation of the Learning & Development programAssist with WHS compliance across our offices and venues, including organising First Aid/Fire Warden trainingMonitor the HR inbox and assist with employee enquiriesAssist the HR team with collecting and analysing data and creating reports as requested, including preparing the annual WGEA reportResearch developments in people engagement and innovative ideas in the HR sphere, providing recommendations to improve the service delivery to Live Nation from the HR functionBuild strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation, ensuring consistent and accurate application across all HR activitiesPrepare and continually update all HR collateral/documentsWhat we're looking for in a candidate: Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude!Highly organised and strong attention to detailComfortable and adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentCreative problem solver, with ability to show initiative and proactively identify issues or improvements to optimise workflow, providing suggestions with relevant solutionsExtremely personable, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business outcomesProfessional, reliable, and resilientAbility to balance a fun sense of humour and knowing when to be seriousAbility to work both autonomously and in team environmentsProactive team player with a ‘roll up the sleeves’ approachCurious mind, hungry to learn and grow in HR!Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience in a role with similar competencies isn't essential, but will be highly regardedWhy join Live Nation?
