We’re looking for a sharp and motivated individual with the ability to organize and drive projects across Turo operations. You’re a project management pro with an uncanny skill to create order from chaos and then expertly lead teams through change. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Project Management, you’ll partner with several different teams to organize and implement projects that impact any and all of Turo Operations. You’re the kind of person who loves to transform complicated thoughts and ideas into clear project plans and into reality.
What you will do
Collaborate with several functional areas and teams to drive projects that impact Turo Operations
Effectively conduct and document project related meetings
Communicate progress, updates and obstacles to project stakeholders and leadership
Creates and maintains all Asana tasks with an exhaustive summary of all of the latest relevant info
Produces periodic reports to all Operations, Product and Marketing stakeholders
Identifies and schedules Kick Off and Check In meetings when appropriate
Ensures the project is well vetted and thought through using the DMAIC methodology
Ensures clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines are defined
Drives effective meeting by developing clear objectives and agendas
Produces status reports per ongoing projects with related risk level
Maintain a strong relationship with all Operations managers to ensure coordination of their initiatives while educating and guiding them through the SOS processes and tools
Your profile
AZ based
BA or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience managing projects
Working knowledge of Asana
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized
Demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus
Superb interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate project summaries, action items and deliverables
Bonus if you have
Start-up experience, ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
PMP or CPM certified
The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $68,000-$76,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
