In this role, you will work closely with the CISO, Senior Leadership, Business owners and our product/services organizations to provide a world class first line of defense for the business. As a CSIRT leader you will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on cyber detection, threat hunting, insider threat monitoring, incident coordination, e-discovery support and forensics for our internal organizations. Additionally, leaders in this role will partner to establish a robust strategy to enable secure business growth. What You'll Do:This is a leader of leaders position with 2 teams reporting up through the Sr Director. Maybe a little bit more here as well. Effectively manage a global 24x7 cyber organization ensuring they are consistently delivering against a high standard of quality, meeting compliance/regulatory requirements and meeting/exceeding key SLA’sLead cyber incident coordination during tabletop and/or incident response activities, effectively communicating to executive leadership and coordinating business response efforts with appropriate crisis teams. Proactively partner with peers and business leaders to develop and execute program strategies ensuring appropriate, timely and cost effective cyber threat coverage of new and emerging capabilities.Hire, retain, and develop the next generation of cyber talent in alignment with the global talent and cybersecurity strategies. Lead CRWD for CRWD efforts in working directly with product and engineering teams to adopt and adapt the latest CrowdStrike technologies into our CSIRT as customer 0. Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counselDemonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, customer discussions and other public speaking events What You’ll Need:Experience leading large global cybersecurity incident response teams composed of multiple functions.
