SummaryThe Director of Global Partnerships and Alliances Enablement will work cross-functionally to create the global enablement strategy and programs that will drive partner-led and co-sell revenue.  As the Director, you will be responsible for creating best in class learning experiences for our global partner and alliances audiences and promoting co-selling with our Workiva global sales teams.What You’ll Do:Create a phased enablement strategy to align with the strategic goals of the Global Partnerships and Alliances organizationWork with Leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps at our individual partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Product, Strategy, Enablement Leads and SMEs to develop scalable and repeatable programs that fill identified gapsDesign, manage and deliver partner and internal partner based  ILT and virtual programs Plan, produce, design, develop, author and maintain appropriate content in partnership with PM and PMM including selecting appropriate delivery methods and process of adoption Create certification paths by partner tier Work collaboratively with the Solutions Engineering Enablement lead on certification programs  for partner pre-sales technical teamsParticipate actively in Global Partner Team calls and forecasts by providing updates on enablement programs and identifying needs from the fieldCommunicate daily with the Global Partner Team to ensure strategic alignmentOwn the cadence of communication to our global Partner community on Enablement offerings. Recruit and lead the Global Partnerships and Alliances Enablement organization What You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in Global Enablement or Partner Enablement, Master’s degree with 8 years, or PhD with 6 yearsExperience enabling Partnerships and Alliances teams on a platform sale with multiple C-Level economic buying audiences Experience working with a global organization and global partnersExperience with Salesforce.com   Preferred Qualifications:Strong business acumen and analytical skillsAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable programsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries required Exceptional communication and presentation skillsOutstanding time management skills - strong business acumen with an ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks Proven track record of building, leading, and mentoring a high performing teamHighspot experience preferred ImPartner PRM experience preferred Travel RequirementsAbility to travel globally up to 30%Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $147,000.00 - $250,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
