At HP, the future is yours to create!Job Summary• This role is responsible for ensuring effective onsite delivery of hardware support services, providing software services and post-sales support, and addressing customer concerns for local and remote accounts. The role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by proper handling of technical issues and coordination of complex problem-solving efforts.
