This role will focus on brand activations, social media campaigns, and offline events. He/she should be passionate about gaming and esports and understand the unique needs and preferences of this target audience. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote RESPAWN to gamers and esports users, driving brand awareness and sales.Plan and coordinate brand marketing activations, including product launches, promotional events, and partnership campaigns.Create engaging content for social media platforms, with a focus on short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement social media campaigns that resonate with the gaming and esports community.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.Manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience.Represent the company at offline events, trade shows, and partner cooperations, fostering relationships and networking within the gaming and esports industry.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovation and growth opportunities.Support the overall marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on brand marketing activations and social media campaigns.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English speaking and writing.Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and esports, able to connect with the target audience on a personal level.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Willingness to travel for business purposes, including attendance at offline events and partner cooperations.Gamer or familiarity with gaming and esports culture is preferred.Pre-Requisites/ 任职要求 :Are you game?
