In this role, you will report to the Director of Employee Experience and be part of the People Operations (HR) team. You will serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, championing the people experience through employee enrichment, education programs, and leadership development. In partnership with stakeholders, you will ensure our Inclusion and Community strategies continue to be well rooted within our enterprise and organizational strategies. As an internal and external facing advocate, you will additionally provide support of our global community outreach, represent the company at various events and coordinating volunteer programs incorporating our Inclusion and Community vision. Inclusion Evaluate, develop, and implement strategic directives on diversity and cross-cultural inclusion programs, establish best practices and programs Provide oversight to nCino’s DEI Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Provide consultative support to teams and leadership as they integrate practices into their systems and processes Develop DE&I-focused learning opportunities Provide consultative support ensuring structures for evaluating people, decision-making, and operational systems are free of unconscious bias Maintain metrics and prepare periodic reports for evaluating/measuring diversity initiatives Connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities CommunityProvide functional leadership and support in developing the global community outreach operations strategy to raise awareness within our global communities and enhance participation in our organization and in the community Provide oversight support to outreach programs, partnerships and initiatives with nonprofit organizations and community leaders Serve as an interface with the local community and businesses regarding community engagement and outreach opportunities in the areas we operate Contribute to the development of programs and initiatives that result in win-win outcomes (e.g. positive impact for the community and for corporate reputation) Manage the volunteer and corporate grants platforms to track volunteer time and process payments to organizations.
